Juan Gomez was born in Colombia, where he began playing soccer at age 6. In 2000, Coach Gomez attended Gordon College where he met Coach Castellanos and started his soccer career at the collegiate level. In 2005, after graduating from Brewton Parker College with a B.A. in Exercise Science, Coach Gomez moved to Atlanta and began working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach . In 2010, Coach Gomez became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) considered by many as a highly recognized credential in the Sports Conditioning field. Juan is also the founder of the 3sixty Training Program (http://www.be3sixty.com/) . In addition, Coach Gomez holds a USSF “D” coaching license and is co-founder of Peak Performance Training Systems. Juan Castellanos is a native of Bogota, Colombia, where he played for the youth teams of Club Deportivo Los Millonarios. In 2000, Coach Juan began his soccer college career in the U.S playing for Gordon College where he was named to the NJCAA region XVII All-tournament Team. He played for Brewton Parker College between 2003-2004 where he received the NAIA All-Conference second team award and MVP of the team. In 2005, after graduating with a B.A. in Exercise Science, Juan made the transition to play for the Atlanta Silverbacks Reserves where he played for one year and concurrently began his coaching career at Georgia Rush. Currently, Coach Juan is the Boys' Director for Georgia Rush Soccer Club and the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Atlanta Silverbacks Professional Team and Oglethorpe University. Coach Juan holds a USSF “A” coaching license and is co-founder of Peak Performance Training Systems. Expertise Areas: Sport-Specific, Mechanics of Movement, Agility, Endurance.
